After sales service

1、We provide two years free warranty for our devices (after the day of acceptance). During the time warranty, we will provide free service for device faults and damage that not caused by human factors. We will provide service after receive phones or written notice. But service fees caused by improper use will be covered by customers themselves.

2、Beyond warranty, we can also provide spare parts and maintenance service with paid for life time. 

3、We also have timely and effective problem-solving mechanism. When any fault happens for our devices, we will response in 48 hours and solve it in field in 72 hours after receiving use's notice.

4、If needed we will dispatch technicists to guide installation and commissioning at field after devices arrived at customer's site, and provide training for device operators. Customers cover all expenses for our technicists.

5、We pay a return visit at least once yearly to provide technical service and support as well as free troubleshooting.Customers cover all expenses for our technicists.

Shipping Guide

After you place an order and make the payment, we will ship the items to you. We offer the following shipping methods to worldwide.

Please kindly noted it, speakers contain magnet are sensitive goods in airfreight shipping. Please kindly contact us to confirm if it is possible to ship speaker by airfreight at your place in advance.

Air cargo CIF , Buyer's  agent delivery cargo to the airport of destination by air, seller is responsible for Customs clearance at destination airport and pick up cargo. It takes about one week.

Express : door to door. It takes about 3-5 days
